Is It Just My Tastebuds?

Ok this post is not about politics, as promised. Its about ethics. And disgust. Cartoon courtesy of today's Daily Telegraph. Funny, I'm not amused. One f*cking bit. And judging by the words i have just used in an email to The Telegraph I think they are aware of that. Providing their intelligence isn't as poor as their taste.

This cartoon is inaccurate. Bob would be pulling the puppet string on a Zim policeman who would be in full riot gear and holding a big stick.

And NO, it's not funny cause currently in Zim every day is red nose day.

Although, that would indicate lots of clowns and one could therefore call it a circus. That would be closer to the truth.

Ok, i have a dark, sordid sense of humour, so it tickled me...for about 5 seconds before I wanted to punch the screen.
Fucking Mogabe...

I dunno GW... it's sick and in bad taste, but then so is the whole situation in Zim at the moment... It's controversial and will certainly inspire discussion...but it's not funny. I was actually a bit shocked that you'd posted it until I read your explanation.... good on you for taking action and voicing your concerns...too often we complain and bemoan the state of journalism but never actually confront the newspapers/ editors directly...

This cartoon sure is funny, and it makes me want to throw up and then throw my throw up on the nearest person to me, then watch them throw up and do the same, and so watch the chain continue ad nauseous.

Robert Mugabe is a hero. He's just come at the wrong time.

How DARE you blame SA for what's happening in Zim? I'm not defending our pres's stance at all - but there's more to the story of his quiet diplomacy that you are obviously unaware of. [sigh]

I take it you meant to post this comment on my other piece but i won't push it.

Just to clarify, I blame SA for what is *not* happening in Zim.

These quiet diplomacy reasons of which i unaware? Please do enlighten me, and the rest of the world for that matter.
